Barshaw Park Model Yacht Pond opened.

William Bow donates cost of pond to town of Paisley.

Allan Coats becomes Club Commodore.

PMYC boathouse opened.

J.O.M. Clark accepts post of Hon. Club Commodore.

Hugh Shields wins British and European 12 Metre Championship.
